Contact between Togliatti Community Foundation and the Community Foundation YouthBank office brokered by the European Foundation Centre has led to the establishment of a YouthBank in Russia.
Pictured is the YouthBank training session in Moscow for Russian network of YouthBanks facilitated by the Community Foundation for Northern Ireland in June 2007.
Network of the Russian Community Foundations includes 20 members and 6 of them are developing the YouthBank model. Togliatti Community Foundation works in conjunction regarding YouthBank development with Berks County Community Foundation in the USA and Community Foundations of Canada.
